CANCELLATION POLICY

We’ve always kept the Brighton Business Curry Club as informal as we can; a no-strings Brighton business networking event with absolutely no membership fees. If you’ve booked a space at an event and can’t make it, please give us as much notice as possible. We need to know at the latest by midday on the day before the event. As you know, there’s always a waiting list and it’s only fair to give people enough notice to be able to come along. Plus, it’s nice to be full to capacity every time. If you don’t give us advance warning, for whatever reason, we’ll charge the full ticket price.

Business Networking Club in Brighton

The monthly Brighton Business Curry Club networking event has been attracting businesses from Brighton and beyond for more than two years. Now the event is firmly established as one of the most informal, cost effective and fun networking events held in the city.

Why the Brighton Business Curry Club?

You’ll find us a friendly bunch of business owners, a gathering of like-minded people who thrive in a relaxed, comfortable, stress free atmosphere. We don’t have lockouts in our Brighton networking club, there are no membership fees, no 60 second presentations or referrals, just plain old relationship building between members with a beer and a curry. It’s that easy!

What do I do next?

Just register for each event you want to attend by emailing lisa@brightonbusinesscurryclub.co.uk. Once we’ve confirmed your place, all you need to do is turn up, relax with a drink, have a chat with your fellow business owners and get to know the person behind the business

Many of our attendees also feature in our Business Directory, which makes it even easier for people to find you. If someone is looking for a particular service, they look in our comprehensive Brighton directory.

Informal Networking Event in Brighton

The Brighton Business Curry Club is a monthly event held in the evening, just after the close of business on the second Tuesday of each month.

It is hosted by Nick Harvey from the Harvey Marketing Company and Lisa Reynolds from Let Me Do That For You, both Brighton business owners with a passion and flair for networking.

The format of the evening is as follows:

6pm People start to arrive. Grab yourself a free drink from the bar and begin networking with other businesses.

7.30pm Everyone is invited to sit down and the curry is served. It is open seating, so sit where you want to and don’t forget to bring plenty of business cards. The menu will be a set buffet of curries (meat, fish & vegetarian), along with rice and naan breads.

9pm Approximate finish time. You can always carry on networking in the Lansdowne Place Hotel Bar.

Networking is widely accepted as the primary way of building relationships.
Most businesses realise that word-of-mouth recommendations are by far the best way to gain new business and keep it.
Networking will help you find new customers and meet new suppliers.

The Brighton Business Curry Club was formed because of the foresight of Nick Harvey and Lisa Reynolds.

Having tried various expensive, formal, restrictive and prescriptive business networking events in Brighton and Hove, we knew they weren’t for us. So we created the Brighton Business Curry Club, a grown up, relaxed place to meet new contacts and get business done without all the usual stress, stuffiness, rules and formalities. Plus the chance to relax at the end of the working day with a drink and curry
